A Miracle Of Life

After photographing Beth's maternity pictures last month she asked me if I would photograph the birth of her baby. I was very honored that she would share this special moment with me and let me tell their story with pictures. I have photographed several births and they have all been very special. When I first tell someone that I am going to photograph a birth they do not understand why anyone would want their baby's birth photographed until they see the pictures. It is not about documenting how babies are born but about capturing the emotion and the very special moments that are happening. Even the doctor delivering the baby commented how she thought it was the greatest idea and she had never seen it done before. Beth and Brian elected not to find out if they were having a boy or girl so this made it even more special for them and their family. What an emotional roller coaster for everyone there and it was an incredible day. Congratulations...You Did It!

Garrett at eight days old!

Brian, Beth and Garrett are now a family and at eight days old he was at the studio ready for his first photo shoot since his birth. We got some incredible shots and it was such a special time for everyone. Garrett you are now one well documented baby.

Not Just Another Mother-To-Be

Jennifer has been working for me for over eight years and is the backbone of my business, so I was excited when I found out her and and Joey were expecting their first child. We had fun doing some maternity shots with a little flair and Joey I think even had fun. Now only one month away until the big day.
