Mrs. Phillips knows how to put on a party! This time it was the rehearsal dinner for her son and future daughter in law. When you put together a wonderful setting with family plus Westminister and Lovett friends, then you get something very special. Tricia captured the emotion as well as the setting at Jacqulin and Scott's rehearsal dinner.
